REST IN LIPNICA    
Lipnica is a village situated along the route from Bydgoszcz to Słupsk, between the cities of Chojniece (40 km) and Bytów (20 km). There are buses running this way from the south of Poland to Ustka (possibility of getting to the place by bus).

1) Big, high standard house available all the year long. In the building:
- 5 bedrooms and usable loft,
- 2 well equipped kitchens,
- 2 equipped bathrooms with hot water (heater), showers (in one bathroom additionally there is a bath) and 3 toilets,
- living room with TV set (2 additional TV in bedrooms),
- garage in the level of basement

IDEAL CONDITIONS FOR FAMILIES OR GROPUS OF FRIENDS.

2) Sleeping in the small house
a) ground floor for 3 people (entry directly from the outside):
- equipped kitchen,
- room with TV set,
- bathroom with shower (hot water)
b) first floor (separate entry – outside stairs), for about 6 people:
- 2 bedrooms,
-equipped kitchen connected with hall with TV set
- bathroom with shower
c) garage in the ground floor

About 25 people can stay at one time in the buildings. Possibility of taking pets. Buildings are situated on a large fenced courtyard. Good conditions for grilling, wooden tables and benches. The agrotouristic farm is situated on outskirts of the village, near the forest. In the distance of 50 m from the guesthouse there is a well equipped grocery with baker’s goods. In the school (600 m from the buildings) there is a canteen where you can buy dinner in the cost of 5 PLN per person. There is a church, post office and agro-bank in the village. Beautiful area with many lakes and lovely forest full of mushrooms and bilberries. Numerous bicycle paths. Very peaceful area, far away from the tumult of the town. In the vicinity (2 km) there is a lake ideal for swimming. Angling (for free) at the farmer-forester’s place in the lake which is 9 ha large, surrounded by forest, 6 km away from the guesthouses – ONLY FOR OUR GUESTS. On the lake there is a pier and fishing boats. Lovers of silence and virgin nature will find here a real paradise. WELCOME!!
