The village of Lipnica is situated along the route from Chojnice to Bytów, in the distance of 23 km from Bytów, in the vicinity of two lakes – Trzebielsk Lake and 2 km away – Kiedrowickie Lake. Although the village has an old origin, there are no monuments of the past here and the character of a street village has been blurred by new buildings. Now Lipnica is a seat of the commune. At the Kiedrowickie Lake there is a small camping site and in the vicinity there are hospitable agrotouristic farms to stay in.
